Premium White Tea Becomes More Common
A cup of premium white tea is becoming more common as more people come to appreciate its delicate taste and exceptional health benefits. White tea is an ancient Asian tea, once reserved for more refined affairs in China. Green tea, also long valued for its medicinal and healthful properties, has become a modern staple for many Westerners. But the more subtle premium white teas are being favored for their even higher levels of nutrients.
What is White Tea?
White tea comes from the plant, Camellia sinensis, the same source as black, green and oolong teas—but it is processed differently. There are many grades, depending on how the leaves are selected and picked. The more premium white tea is made of only the first and youngest leaves of early spring. White tea is named for the white downy-like fuzz that covers each leaf. The leaves are picked when the buds are fresh and tender, then gently air-dried. White tea is processed the least of teas.
A classic cup of loose white tea is made with the whole dried leaves. The loose white tea leaves infuse the hot water with the fullness of their full flavors. They can be crushed into tea bags, but retain less potency and flavor.
The Health Benefits of Drinking Loose White Tea
Japanese studies have determined that white teas have the highest medicinal value. They appear to be highest in antioxidants, with more anti-viral and anti-bacterial qualities than the already nutrient-rich green tea. The young leaves and buds of the loose white tea have more of the amino acid theanine, impartng more relaxing and mood enhancing properties than the older leaves of the green and black teas. White tea extract is even being used in the cosmetic industry to stop skin from sagging.
Shu Mee White Tea for a Premium Cup of Tea

Anti Bacterial White Questions
Has anyone used differin acne gel? I just started it a week ago and it seems to have made acne worse?
I have small white bumps on my forehead and chin, which although not red, are still really bothersome because my skin doesn’t feel smooth and when the light hits my face I look like I have a lot of acne 
my dermatologist just prescribed differin and so far the acne looks worse, but is this what I should expect? Will it get worse and then a lot better? or is it not worth it. I am also taking an anti bacterial pill
It is worth it and it is expected. All acne medications do the same thing. It seems odd and may seem like its not working, but it will. What it does is bring them (the blemishes) all to the surface, then once they are all to the surface, it starts to work and gets rid of them all at once, instead of getting rid of them a little at a time.
My dog gets this white dry stuff on her bits (Sorry TMI)?
My minature schnauzer gets this white dry crusty stuff on her bits (Im sorry, that sounds gross but i dont know how to explain it) I took her to the vets a while ago about it, She didnt seem to fussed and just gave me some antibacterial soap stuff to wash it in, But it didnt really work that good.
I just wanted some advice on what it could be, I dont want to waste money on another visit to a vet to get anti bacterial wash which i could buy myself for a £1.
I dont know if it makes any difference but she is 5years and otherwise healthy (Tad over weight)
I wash the affected area, But it returns by the next day.
She is spayed, She has been for some years as she was having season after season with no real break, So the vets suggested it.
I would suggest a second opinion from another vet or having your vet take a sample.
It could possibly be a sign of Pyometra where her cervix is open and the pus is leaking out rather than building up in her uterus.
No matter what it is its needs to be checked out fully.
EDIT: Some dogs also have a white discharge while in heat. Since you didn’t mention is she was fixed or not.
