Chest fat or man boobs is a pathetic condition for most men around the world. Even though weight training methods may correct some of chest fat accumulation, weight training by itself is not a sole remedy to the problem. Let us now find how to burn chest fat with some best proven methods.
(1) Do Cardio Activities
Cardio activities, like running, jogging or speed walking, is helpful in keeping a tone to your muscles, along with burning some fat from your body by lowering those calories. If you don’t like to do the exercises individually/personally, it is highly recommended to join Exercise classes which will help you to burn fat with collective effort. But don’t anticipate immediate results, as it is your body metabolism which will determine what areas it will burn the excess fat first, whether the waist, thighs, belly or chest and sometimes the chest area may be the last area of that targeted list.
(2) Start Some Weight Training Exercise
Start your weight training sessions in a good Exercise Class. Weight training will help you tremendously in toning up the muscles where the fat is accumulated now. To get rid of excess chest fat, you should target your upper chest with some exercise that you choose. I highly recommend an exercise called the incline bench press. The incline bench press is performed by lying on an incline weight bench. A weight bar is lowered to the upper chest and raised again for one repetition. If you perform the incline bench press exercise a couple times per week, you will burn chest fat in no time. And since we are talking about man boobs and the chest muscles, adding push ups to your routine can be a terrific help, as push ups really concentrate on toning those pectoral or chest muscles.
(3) Drink Green Tea Everyday
People who have a problem maintaining a healthy weight often have unhealthy habits. One of the worst habits is junk food, culture. Now a days the practice of constantly drinking soda or other carbonated drinks. Some people trying to lose weight switch to juices, not realizing that many of them are just as sugary and unhealthy as soda! Drinking this tea instead of soda or colas keeps those cola calories off your hips and bellies, the liquid fills you up so you don’t eat as much, and you’ll also be staying hydrated, which keeps your metabolism working.
