The area was designed with an entry spray arch that leads to a central tipping water structure surrounded by a custom flying fish theme. Other low level water sprays were placed around the perimeter in various patterns and an EPDM rubber surface of effervescent colors was added to prevent scraps from falling. This addition has given toddlers endless interaction with water flows that offers continuous fun and early knowledge of hydraulics.
