What’s the worst thing besides finding out your favorite shirt got ruined because you decided to have midnight snack, hmmm chocolate ice cream? It can be waking up and discovering an unexplained pimple, zit, or whatever blemish that’s not suppose to be there. We can’t explain it nor can we understand why sometimes it can ruin our whole day. And now with winter coming along we’re dreading how our skin will turn out. But never fear there are plenty of remedies and ways to keep your skin looking and feeling healthy, and smooth and sometimes the simplest of things help and over time you can truly see the difference.
Before we get into the different cosmetics and the simplest of things to do concerning our skin and especially our face is to just simply clean with soap and keep it clean.
1. Keep a separate wash cloth for you face and if you would like to use soap use a mild soap that is suitable for your skin. Soft soaps include Dove, Olay, and Caress. Look for the one that has the less amount of ingredients if you desire to use a bar soap.
2. Next you can simply you hot water and a clean towel. The heat opens the pours while your cleaning. Make it as hot as you can take it. It doesn’t have to be steaming hot but warm enough for the touch. Then placing it on your facing and wiping for about 15 sec use the same cloth and wet it in cool water and gently wipe. This closes your pours after you have cleaned it.
These are simple ways to keep your face clean now for cleansers. Finding the cleanser for you can be difficult because we all have different skin complexities but the brands that receive really great reviews are Aveeno the radiant bright skin collection and Olay’s products which go well for sensitive skin. Aveeno’s radiant bright skin facial cleanser is a light formula with natural soy bean extract which allows for a smooth and brighter skin its very gentle.
To keep you body moisturize using the simple methods for facial cleaning as well can be useful even using the warm and cool temperatures to control your pours. The steam helps as well as keeping your pours open. So don’t go crazy running hot water it’s also advised to keep that to a minimum. Cleansers such as Dove, Caress, Olay have different products that are useful in the exfoliating. You want to exfoliate frequently to keep your body nice and smooth. This tip goes along with the facial scrubs as well.
1. Bath and Body work body scrubs! These work extremely well and are able to exfoliate your body making it feel smooth and look healthy.
2. Use a body sponge. This allows for you to clean your skin smoothly and also allow for an even distribution for soap.
There are plenty of knock-off brands at Target and Wal-Mart where they have the same exact ingredient for Aveeno and Caress products and work the exact same way.
Also another great tip with our growing desire to shop and get knew things especially around this time at place like Old Navy, womenclothingtoday.com, Gap, as seen on tv.com and other places that are great to shop, you’ll want to pay careful attention to your head gear and scarves. Keep these cleaned and washed as often and you can. Don’t overdo it but make sure they stay clean. This way you can keep you face clean and healthy always.

does anyone know where I can get products from Bath and Body Works that they no longer carry.?
They used to have a line called Aromatherapy remedies with theings for headache relief and PMS and cold relief, now I can only find them during their semi-annual sale ( the winter one not the one now ). I love the headache relief kit with peppermint. Please help!
