How to Lose Weight with Virgin Coconut Oil

Polynesian societies have been using virgin coconut oil for centuries. They’ve enjoyed excellent cardiovascular health and vitality by consuming coconut oil and coconut food products.
Here’s why virgin coconut oil is so good for you:
- Virgin coconut oil is not bleached, refined or deodorized like regular coconut oils.
- Virgin coconut oil is a stable, healthy saturated fat – completely free of dangerous trans-fatty acids.
