burning pain in stomach and back?
last night i thought i had heart burn and gradually it got worse and worse and spread to the middle of my back. i was in very intense pain from 10 o clock pm til about 6 am. it was made a lot worse when i stood up. i tried taking anti acids and extra strength tylenol but nothing would help. then i woke up and it was gone but it came back about 4 hours after i woke up. if i sit down for more than 20 mins the pain will go away but it is immediately made worse when i stand up. it has been bothering me on and off all day and medicine won’t help. the thing that is weird is the area of my back in the middle where it hurts is an area that i have been having issues with for the past few months. so i guess what my question is is if anyone knows what this is? also, this is not period related because i haven’t ever had this happen to me before.
The pain in your back is caused by pinched muscles there. When you have pinched muscles in your back they can be pressed into the nerves going to your stomach which will cause the stomach to release more gastric acid which is going to burn your stomach to give you that pain. To get rid of the pains you have to free up your back muscles and here’s how to do that:

(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
