Body Spa Kit – A Good Bodycare Regime
Many of us buy good skincare and cosmetic products for our faces, but tend to neglect our bodies. Although the skin on other parts of our body may not always be as visible as our faces, it is still as prone to damage and aging from harsh environmental elements.
A good bodycare regime starts daily. A bodyshampoo thoroughly cleanses from head to toe, leaving hair and skin silky soft and smooth. The hair cleanser includes protein from pomegranate or lemongrass, which not only cleans and conditions your hair, it also helps to strengthen the follicles and epidermis. As there are no artificial chemicals in organic bodyshampoos, you do not have to worry about build-ups in your hair. Your hair will be left shiny and smooth. How can I energize myself more in the morning?
In the fall, I’m extremely busy, being at school from 7:00am to 9:00pm. Then, I have to go home and do homework, and I usually won’t get in bed until 10:30. Then, in the morning, I’d have to wake up at 6:00am. What are some ways that I can energize myself more in the morning? I already have Energizing Mandarin Lime Lotion and Body Wash from Bath and Body works.
What else?
Also some techniques for sleep and calming would be good too. 
I reccomend getting out of bed as soon as your eyes open. Dont hit snooz. Just go.
Immediately do some stretches. If you need more of a boost, try a B vitamine and perhaps a cup of coffee. But be sure and hydrate yourself well.
What are your favorite scents/products at Bath and Body Works?
my all time favorite scent is sun-ripened rasberries. It was the sweetest smelling thing ever, and I used my lotion on a daily basis. problem is, i was always only able to buy it in small little bottles. and now its totally gone! sadness.
I also love the orange/mandarin scent, and the now-defunct grapefruit scent.
