Natural and Herbal Remedies for Skin Care
The main reasons for unhealthy, acne prone skin are faulty diet, lack of oxygen-rich blood flow to the skin and inadequate cleansing.
A healthy diet of essential nutrients and minerals containing liberal quantities of seeds, nuts and grains, vegetables and fruits, supplemented by special protective foods like milk, vegetable oils, yogurt, honey and yeast are necessary for the maintenance of high levels energy, as well as healthy skin. Vitamins A, B and C, along with adequate amounts of protein help in producing beautiful skin, reduce deficiencies in the blood and help keep the body healthy and young.
There are number of natural and herbal products specially used for skin care that are useful in promoting healthy and beautiful skin.
Lime juice:
Add some lime juice in a glass of boiled milk with a teaspoon of glycerin and stir well. This mixture should be applied every night before going to bed for a fresh, healthy and young Looking skin. It also prevents the appearance of acne.
Peach Skin:
Use the inside of the peach gently massages the skin of the face every night before bed. It cleanses the skin and frees the pores allowing the skin to breathe easier. It also has astringent properties that help to strengthen the muscles of the face, so avoid depression.
Anti-wrinkle:
A natural anti wrinkle cream can be made through a mixture of egg with a teaspoon of oil. Massage it lightly on the face and neck and let it remain until the skin is dry. Soak a cotton pad in hot water mixed with baking soda, to remove the cream from his face.
Beauty Mask:
You can make your own beauty mask with all natural ingredients to improve youth and beauty of your face if used regularly.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon gram flour
1 / 4 teaspoon orange peel powder
1 tablespoon beaten yogurt
1 teaspoon olive oil
Mix ingredients well and apply the paste to your face and neck. Let stand until the skin starts feeling dry and then rub your face until it shines. Wash your face first with warm water and then cold water. This will remove all the imperfections of the skin to make it look soft and smooth.
Natural cleansing lotion:
Cleanses and purifies the pores of the skin. Mix one teaspoon each of milk and cucumber juice with a teaspoon of lime juice quarter, stir well and apply to face and neck. Wash after fifteen minutes, and the result is a naturally healthy and glowing skin.
Watermelon, mandarin oranges and orange juice treatment:
Citrus fruits contain vitamin C are extremely essential for good looks bright. A simple remedy is to apply freshly squeezed tangerine juice or orange liberally throughout your face and forehead. To treat acne, you can use a paste made from powdered sun dried pips of green oranges at bedtime. Similarly, the juice of watermelon is also useful in removing stains on the skin.
Orange and Carrot tonic:
Mix two tablespoons of milk and one tablespoon each of chopped carrot and orange juice to a paste of ground blanched almonds and dried and applied throughout the face and neck. Leave about half an hour before washing off. It helps to remove scars and blemishes of the face, prevents acne and makes it soft and smooth.
Tomatoes:
The tomato paste applied liberally on the face helps to achieve a clear and good looks. The application of a tablespoon of tomato juice and a few drops of lime juice to your face is very effective to reduce enlarged pores. To remove excessive sunburns use two teaspoons of tomato juice and four tablespoons of butter.
Cucumber:
Apply a grated cucumber over the eyes and face and leave for 20 minutes. It is an excellent tonic for the facial skin. Regular use of cucumber prevents pimples, blackheads, wrinkles, dryness and face. A cucumber lotion of one tablespoon of cucumber juice and milk with a few drops of water is an excellent whitening agent pink skin and leaves the skin glowing.
Apple tonic:
Apple makes an excellent tonic for combating the rigors of oily skin. Mix one tablespoon of apple juice with a quarter teaspoon of lime juice, apply on face and leave on 20 minutes before washing out. It is guaranteed to give you healthy glowing skin free of acne.
Amaranth Juice Treatment:
The juice of amaranth, applied over the face with a pinch of turmeric powder, bleaches the skin, prevents it from drying and wrinkling, cures pimples and makes a fresh look. If added to milk and lime.

They all blend together. If it were me, I would use the zany pink with either the electric lime or tantalizing teal as a compliment and balance this out with the mandarin orange.
I usually use a combination of 60% of the color for my main color, 30% for what I call my friendly color and 10% for my accent color. Your vibrant colors make such a statement. Makes me want to dance.
So, if you use the green or teal on the walls, you could use the pink and orange in your bedding and accents. Then repeat either the green or teal in an area rug to bring the color back down. I would make sure to add the orange though. Use your favorite color as your main one, if you can pick one. They are all beautiful.
Try to repeat color in different spots in the room.
Maybe repeat the wall color on the floor in an area rug or a blend with some of the other colors.
I find that using three colors works the best for me. I think I would use either the teal or the lime. You can try to get some large samples to hang on the wall and place throughout the room. I think you can order them online for free. (Don’t look at the paint sample for the wall on the floor though.)
Change your light bulbs to reveal bulbs or daylight bulbs. Leave the colors in the room for a couple of days. changes Look at them in the AM. (Colors will appear warmer).
Look at them at Noon. (Colors will appear cooler).
Look at them in the Afternoon. (Colors will appear cooler).
Look at them at night. (Artificial Light)
Consider the colors in the rest of your rooms too.
Consider the color of the furniture and what is on the floor.

was wondering what seeds will sprout and grow from the foods that i buy from the supermarket?
i.e not buying the seeds from the plant section but buying the fruits themselves, eating them then planting the seeds.

try soaking your apple seeds in water for 24 hours then plant them just under the surface of the soil.Tomato seeds are usually successful,n a carrot top about a 1/2 in thick-will sprout too-plant these in a deep container,at least 12 inches.Also,when potatoes sprout,just cut off a thick piece of peel with the sprouting on it,n plant ,again in a deep container.
