Acne question (VERY URGENT)?
I pulled out a bunch of white gunk out of my pore and now its open, people on my other question said i could put tea tree oil on it as an antiseptic to heal the pore…But i don’t have that, will organic raw apple cider vinegar work just the same at healing my open pore??

DO NOT PUT OIL IN AN OPEN PORE! Dirt and oil is what collects in pores, creating black/white heads. Clean your entire face with a gentle facial cleanser (I love Cetaphil Gentle Facial Cleanser & Olay Gentle Foaming Face Wash). Use tepid water (not cold but not very warm either) Pat (no rubbing) your face dry with a VERY clean towel. Then, treat the open pore with acne medication or astringent (rubbing alcohol can be used as an astringent if you don’t have one). Finally, splash your face with very cold water to prevent anything getting into your pores (this closes your pores). Repeat twice daily until skin is clear; then once a day is fine. If your face is becoming dried out, use gentle facial moisturizers after splashing with cold water. Only use lotions that do not clog pores, such as Luberderm, Cetaphil, and CeraVe. Remember, healthy skin takes work and must be maintained daily. Good luck.
How do I get rid of or at least control the acne on my face?
I have a lot of blackheads on my nose and chin and some blackheads on my cheeks and forehead. Also I have a lot of little bumps all over my forehead. Sometimes I get humongous pimples on my face and back that take forever to heal. My forehead is oily because of my bangs and the rest of my face is dry. I know as a teenager that I’ll have acne on my face,chest and back, but that doesn’t mean I want it.
What’s the best treatment?
Right now I’m using Noxzema Long Lasting Micro bead Cleanser, but it doesn’t work and for a moisturizer I use Avalon Organics Vitamin C Oil-Free moisturizer which I love.
There are a few things I should mention:
1. I’m really poor
2. I don’t shop at Walmart
3. I’m not going to buy proactive
4. I would like to use a water soluble cleaner, not facial wipes or pads
5. I don’t have insurance so I’m not going to go to a dermatologist
6. I’m a pretty healthy eater and I drink lots of water
Nutregena Oil Free Acne Wash….worked for me !!!
and i also dont use moisturizer, caz it doesnt work for me, makes my face oily and worse…….i had acne for 2 years but ever since i started using Nutregena it’s going away…..hope it helps
