Natural Remedies for Chapped Lips that You Can Try at Home
Chapped or dry lips are the condition that may prevail when the lips looses moisture. Dry seasons like in winter or due to lack of water intake in summers may cause this dryness leading to chapped lips. They may create discomfort as in its intense form it leads to bleeding as well.

A diet rich in vitamin A and including vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, whole grains and legumes are health ensuring. Chapped lips when taken care of, will not give much difficult.

What is the best hand cream for really dry skin?
It’s 20 and blowing horizontal snow here. Winter is just getting started. I am using Vaseline intensive care intense repair a few times a day right now, and then a lot of Vitamin A and D ointment before bed.
Anything else I should try? the tips of my fingers are already chapped, and no one likes to be touched by sand paper paws.
I figured women use lots of hand cream, so womens health would be a good place to take a poll
