Yes, you can use olive oil on your scalp as a deep conditioner, however I do not know about rosemary oil. I think the point is to get OIL on your head, so I dont know that it matters between the two, but regardless, using oil on your head, once a week for 20 minutes as a deep condition, works well.
Vinegar rinse your hair once a week. Vinegar does not dry the hair if diluted properly and not used too frequently–2 tablespoons per gallon of water. If you do not want to use it on your hair, use organic apple cider vinegar, and drink one tablespoon in a 8oz glass of water, three times a day. It will give the same benefits as the rinse.
