How do you create a spa experience for yourself at home?
–What you need–
1. Rose petals
2. Aromatic candles
3. Spa or bath
4. Baby oil
5. Meausring cup
–Method–
1. Set up a spa/bath.
2. Fill the spa/bath with hot-warm water.
3. Add rose petals to the water.
4. Light some aromatic candles the set the mood.
5. When the water is filling the bath, add 1/2 a cup of baby oil to the water.
6. Cover your body with baby oil.
7. Get into the water and relax!
8. Dab your skin down with a towel and put on some comfortable pjamas.
9. Cut up some cucumbers and cover your face with them. Turn on some relaxing music and put on a movie of choice.
10. Lotion your body to the level you want and massage your feet (optional).
11. Go to sleep!
To turn it up a notch by turning the bubbles on or treating yourself to a small glass of wine.
