Why Modern Businesses Need Address Verification Software
The USPS stands for United States Postal Service. It is an independent concern of the government of United States. Experiences with using Hydrocortisone Cream USP 1% on babies??
My son has eczema pretty bad and he itches a whole whole lot including a rash on his cheeks* I have tryed ALOT of things and the only thing that somewhat helped was the use of Aquafor but it still didn’t do the trick so his doctor prescribed the Hydrocortisone Cream and the directions is “apply Sparingly to affected area twice daily and with all the side effects Im just really nervous about using this medicine on him with him being only 6 months old. The side effects talks about Skin thinning? Anyone had any good or bad experiences with this cream? Do you believe its at all dangerous? Whats your opinion on this? 10 Points for best answer because advice is really needed! Please also leave sources that will help earn points because it gives me a better understanding. Hydrocortisone Cream is one of the least potent steroid creams you can use. My son has had eczema since he was born (he is now 4 1/2 months) and our pediatrician has now prescribed 3 different types of steroid creams for him to use, this being the weakest. I was like you and very nervous about using them. My pediatricians only warning was do not use them for more than 2 weeks consecutively. Take a few weeks off, than you can use it again.
After months of my pediatrician prescribing us different steroid creams, they finally realized my son had a dairy allergy that was causing his eczema. Since I breastfeed him, all I had to do was avoid dairy in my diet and his skin cleared right up. Now I have no more need for the steroid creams.
Most eczema is caused by something. I would recommend figuring out what the underlying issue is so you don’t even have to worry about using steroid creams in the future.
