Making Sensual Aromatherapy Solid Perfumes
Have you noticed the popularity of solid perfumes these days?
Some of the top perfume houses have even started making solid versions of their top designer perfumes to meet this need.
This new wave of interest has also resulted in many people becoming quite keen to learn how to make their own blends.
Of all the many reasons for the seemingly overnight popularity of solid perfumes and why more and more people are beginning to appreciate them, one stands out by a long mile.
That reason of course, is the very sensual nature of solid perfumes and the intimate manner in which they are applied on the body.
There is something totally sensuous about dipping your fingers into an aromatic pot of silky and velvet textured parfum and gently rubbing it into your skin.
The effect is even more pleasing when the body’s natural heat slowly warms it up so that its fragrance gently envelops you. The pleasure of this experience is almost indescribable.
When making own my perfumes, I prefer to use sensuous natural oils like Lavender, Ylang ylang, Patchouli and Sandalwood. I also like Precious absolutes like Bulgarian rose, Jasmine and Tuberose.
The heady combination of these oils and their beautiful fragrances, coupled with their aromatherapy health benefits make them totally irresistible.
What’s more, knowing that most of them also have aphrodisiac properties makes using them in my blend all the more exciting.
As a matter of fact, one of my favorite essential oil perfumes is one I made with the intoxicating Sampaquita absolute, Chocolate absolute, Ruby orange oil, Vanilla absolute and a dash of Labdanum to give it a light amber note.
The result is an absolutely decadent and exotic perfume that evokes the most seductive feelings.
I call this perfume My Secret Pleasure!
Apart from the blends I make to sell, I also make one off solid perfumes for friends and family.
In fact, one of my favorite gifts to loved ones who might be ill or in hospital is to look up the essential oils that have the right healing properties to ease their discomfort and uplift their spirit.
These oils are blended into a special, solid aromatherapy perfume.
In addition to this, I also make scented sachets with the same essences for them to place in their pillow or by bed side.
There are hundreds of aromatic botanical essences available for making perfumes if your preference is natural perfume.
For those open to using both natural and man-made perfume making supplies, there are thousands of premium quality scented oils available to create your own perfume from.
Once you know what supplies to use and how to combine them, it’s really quite easy for anyone to make their own solid perfume. You can make your own perfume in less than 20 minutes.
Thankfully, the perfume ingredients you’ll need are easy to find and cheap to buy.
Another plus is that packaging for your blends are also quite easy find and very affordable.
For instance, I like to package my personal blends in empty powder compacts and the ones I sell in little porcelain pill boxes I buy from chemist stores.
So, how should you apply solid perfume?
Ladies, the best way is to glide a finger across the perfume and rub it into your cleavage, the inside of your elbows and the back of your neck. Men can just rub a little bit behind their ears and on the inside of their elbows.
It’s as simple as that, a little goes a long way.
Making your own solid perfume is not only a lot of fun, it is also extremely satisfying.
In your leisure time, you can start making special blends for your family and friends or sell your blends and earn from home.
