Acne is a common skin condition caused by bacteria. Acne affects a large number of people of all ages, the figure stands at about 60 million in the US alone. . There are over 50 different types of acne with the most common one being acne vulgaris. Although Acne cannot be cured, it should not be ignored because it can be treated and managed. Acne is prevalent in adolescents because it is at the start of puberty that the hormone androgen is produced. This hormone causes acne flare up that are common during pregnancy and menstruation.
There have been misconceptions about the sun improving ache conditions, in truth when ultra violet rays from the sun reach the skin, they are likely to harm the follicles, causing them to close up and triggering acne development after a few weeks of sun exposure.

Stress doesn’t not necessarily cause acne but it can aggravate it. Stress causes hormonal imbalance which in turn can trigger new acne lesions because the oil gland in the skin expand and secrete more oil, causing pimple, white heads and black heads.
Care should also be taken in the application of make up some cosmetics that are have a lot of oil cause the clogging of pores. Cosmetic creams that contain petrolatum, oleic acid, vegetable oils and lanolin should be avoided. Other greasy cosmetics increase acne because they modify follicle cells causing them to stick together and making them plug.
Diet is also a big factor in the increase of acne with some foods triggering an acne outbreak, with carbohydrates and sugars being one of the main cause of acne worsening in some people. Although Vitamins are good for the body , excessive intake of vitamins B1, B6 and B12 can cause acne blow ups.
In women, taking or stopping the intake of birth control pills can cause acne other causative factors include humidity and pollution that can affect the skin by making it swell. In very rear cases acne is hereditary in the case of cystic acne. In this particular case, you can only treat it and manage it.
It is important to keep to a daily regimen of treatment. There are natural and medical treatments available for the management of the acne condition.

Is There a Natural Way to Heal Chapped Lips?
I’ve had chapped lips for years! I’ve tried everything but zinc-oxide ointment, which I’ve heard is the best solution when nothing else works. The problem is, zinc-oxide ointment contains lots of other ingredients I don’t want (Walgreen’s brand includes: “BHA, Cod Liver Oil, Lanolin [from sheep], Methylparaben, Purified Water, Talc, White Petrolatum”).
I’m trying to go all natural in my personal care products, so I really don’t like this formula, especially the lanolin and petrolatum. Is there a natural formula of zinc oxide?
beeswax…seriously. i use dr. bronners chapstick and the main ingredient is beeswax. You could just try their chapstick or burt’s bees chapstick (which also is made from beeswax).
How do i get lip balm/petrolium stain off my pants & shirts?
so basically i left my lip balm in my pants pocket , then my mom went to go do laundry. Next thing you know , my pants come back all stained!! . They’re my favorite pants , & i would really like to get the stain out . The infredients of the lip balm are Petrolatum,vilvanolin,natural white beeswax, those sticky substances. Any easy home remedies on how to take it off my pants , it’d really help i’d appreciate it SOOO MUCH . I heard dawn really works ? , but i’m not sure how to use it or which kind of dawn soap to buy . Dawn dishwashing liquid or any other dishwashing liquid will work. Pre-spot the stains and let the liquid soak in for 20 minutes or so and then launder in the warmest water the fabric will tolerate.
DO NOT put them in the dryer in case they need a second treatment because the dryer bakes stains in to the fabric and then you will never get them out.
Dishwashing liquid works well on any grease or oil stain because it cuts grease.
