I just bought cvs pharmacy gentle skin cleansing towelettes….but i dont know how to use it, i know i sound dumb cuz all you do is wipe it on your face, but for some reason when i wipe it on my face i felt nothing, like there was nothing on the towelettes… so my question is do i soak the towelettes in water then wipe it on my face, or do i just wipe it on my face without water

Well, are they moist? I have the neutrogena version, and they are slightly moist and they get all of my makeup off. so if they are like sompletely dry, yeah take a bit of water to activate the indgredients. (:
