Sinus Eliminato Complex
Acute Respiratory Tract infections are said to be the most common of human diseases, which accounts for one-half or more of acute illness. In the US alone, the incidence of acute respiratory illness is from 3 to 5.6 cases per person per year. Also alarming is its high rate among children less than 1 year old (6.1 or 8.3 cases per year). It is said that acute viral respiratory illness accounts for 30-50% of time lost from work by adults and for 60-80% of time lost from school by children. Oftentimes, these respiratory illnesses are mismanaged by antibiotics, which may encourage the growth of bacteria by disrupting normal flora growth.
Illnesses cased by the respiratory viruses are multiple: colds, pharyngitis, croup, tracheitis, bronchiolitis, bronchitis and pneumonia. The normal causes are rhinoviruses—small non-enveloped viruses which contain a single stranded RNA genome. A total of 102 distinct serotypes of rhinovirus are recognized. They are spread through direct contact of infected secretions, usually respiratory droplets. It has been found out that stress contributes to the development of symptoms. The illness manifests itself which rhinorrhea, sneezing and nasal congestion. This us due to the infection of cells by the rhinoviruses which brings about edema of the nasal mucosa, followed by the recruitments of inflammatory cells such as neutrophils, lymphocytes, plasmas cells and eosinophils. Several mediators such as bradykinins, lysyl bradykinins, prostaglandins, histamine and interleukins continue to bring about the discomfort associated with colds.
Thus a supplement is needed to lessen these symptoms through supporting immunity and lessening inflammation caused by these mediators.

A study done by Roschek et al (2009) has shown that Sambucus Nigra (Black Elder) has flavonoids which bind to and prevent H1N1 infection.
Oprea et al (2008) has studied about chemical and biological studies of Ribes Nigrum buds essential oils and has reported about its antibacterial and antipathogenic potential.
Liu et al (2008) have demonstrated inhibition of HIV virus by extracts of Juglans regia (Walnut buds). Antimycobacterial activity of Juglans regia has also been demonstrated by Cruz-Vega and colleagues (2008). Total phenols, antioxidant potential and antimicrobial activity from this plant has been demonstrated by Oliviera et al (2008).

is it somehow possible to return a product without the reciept?
For Christmas, my friend got my a shirt which I loved, but then she got me black currant vanilla massage oil from bath & body works. She knows I love the black currant vanilla line, and she said since I have a boyfriend she thought I could use it. Well contrary to her opinion, I do NOT want it.
She took the price tag off, and the reciept is with her. She also got a bottle for her, so I can’t really get the reciept from her. Will Bath & Body works allow me to bring it back for either store credit or cash? Or SOMETHING?
Depends. Some stores will accept an exchange around Christmas time. You won’t get cash, but you can get an equivalent item. Some stores won’t do it, though. It depends on the store in question (I’m afraid I don’t know specifically for Bath and Body).
Or, the smart thing to do is to just get the receipt from the friend. A good friend will understand.
